Rich and Rich Homeopportunities started with NING about a decade ago with two networks which were Rich and Rich Entrepreneurs and Co-op Advertising. We had alot of members and then Facebook began to grow along with Instagram, so platforms changed. We have always loved NING and decided to once again to start our Co-op Advertising network because the Rich and Rich Co-op Advertising Network is created to advertise for the whole network to include members and merchants that have allowed us to be their affiliates. The NING platform allows for that and is more than just a platform for us. We plan to continue to expand the network and we hope that we will have more of our affiliates that will assist and also represent a professional affiliate marketing/influencer contributor to the network. I would love to have meetings but we realize that flexibility is still required so we will do Zoom, Youtube, and Facebook training to make sure that we are all aware of the merchants that increase our portfolio's and also training on other ways to increase sales and promotions. We also go back to our Blog Talk Radio shows for more advertising and we hope to get interviews with affiliates about what has worked for them or not worked for them in their affiliate careers.

Welcome to the NING Referral program!


The NING Referral Program allows existing NING Network Creators (Advocates) to refer their fellow Creators (Referrals). It is an opportunity for every user to earn an additional credit bonus that can be used to pay their subscription fee. The bonus varies, depending on the number of networks the Referrer creates in their first 24 hours. Every Network creator who wants to participate in the NING Referral Program automatically agrees to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


How does it work?


Existing NING Network Creators (Advocates) can refer another person (Referral) by sending them a unique referral link generated in the Referral Program section in their Personal Account page. If the Referral registers a network and passes the trial period, the Advocate is eligible to receive a credit bonus of 50% of the Referral's first monthly payment or 10% of the Referral's first annual payment.

  • Bonuses are credited only for newly attracted users.

  • If the Referral doesn't use the Advocate's invite link to sign up, then the Advocate doesn't get the bonus for that Referral.

  • Payouts to the Advocates are made on a Net 30 basis. That means the Advocate is paid 30 days after the advocacy takes place.
    Consider this example. Erica referred her schoolmate Josh to join NING. Josh signed up for a 14-day free trial on June 1. For two weeks, he explored the platform’s functionality and took his first steps. On June 15, he subscribed for a Performance Monthly package. June 15 was the date when the advocacy took place. Erica will be paid 30 days after the advocacy date, namely, July 15.

  • Why is the payout model designed this way? It is to prevent fraud or cheating. The Referral may ask for a refund or even make a chargeback.

  • It is important to understand that we are talking about virtual money, which we call credits. These funds are charged to your NING account, but they cannot be withdrawn. However, they can be used inside the platform. Once the Referral signs up for the trial period, you get a chance of obtaining credits on your personal account. In two weeks, when the trial period ends, the referred user becomes a paid subscriber. Then you automatically become an Advocate. Funds will be charged to your account 30 days after the Referral's subscription date. Important notice: The bonus will not be given to the Advocate if the Referral makes a chargeback or asks for a refund. Thus, the 30-day window is required to prevent fraud.

  • Only one referral link can be used by an account. If a Referral receives multiple links, then the bonus will be given to the Advocate whose link was used by the Referral to sign up for the free trial.


NING reserves the right to make changes to the Referral Program, referral bonus rates, and the program terms at any time. NING can also terminate this Referral Program or any user’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason. In case you signed up for the Referral Program but no longer want to participate in it, simply deactivate your referral link. To do it, please email us with the subject “Terminate” at referral@ning.com. Make sure you send the email from the address you used to sign up for the program. We will process your application and cancel your participation.


NING Referral Program is an opportunity for every Network Creator to earn credits that can be used inside of the platform.


The process is very straightforward:



  1. You generate a unique referral link and share it with the web.

  2. The user follows the link and signs up at NING for a free trial.

  3. The user becomes a paid subscriber after 14 days. You become an advocate and get a credit.


Talking numbers it is even easier:



  1. You get 50% of the amount of the monthly subscribed user


  2. Example: Aaron is a Network Creator at NING. He generates a unique link and shares with Amanda. Amanda follows the link and signs up for a free trial on Jul 1. She learns the platform functionality and happily subscribes at NING for Performance Monthly ($59) package on Jul 15. Aaron gets $29.5 to his NING account on Aug 15. (If Amanda subscribes for Performance Annual ($588) package, Aaron gets $58.8)
